Sheer elegance under thatch! We are offering 'Cedarwoods', our Historic Home in the heart of Cape Town's famous Constantia Valley, as a Private Villa Rental during World Cup 2010. Offering gracious living to the connoisseur of antiques and the lover of a gentler way of life... 'Cedarwoods' is also a delight for those who enjoy comfort and sophisticated style. Warm sunny days are complemented by breezy patios and sparkling pools, whilst winter ushers in roaring log fires and warm goose down duvets.

The Home and Garden will be for the sole usage of the Renter, and the rental will include all linen, towels, toiletries etc., as well as ADSL wireless internet and satellite television in all bedrooms and the sitting room. Also included will be a Housekeeper (daily from 8am to 5pm), who will be able to cook breakfast from your own ingredients, if desired. Personal Laundry is included, as well as an airport shuttle service and a Shuttle Service to all to the nearest Official Public Transport Hub for World Cup matches. We are able to assist you with car hire through our preferential rates with Avis. We also offer a shopping service, and will stock the fridge for you prior to your arrival, if you send us a list. The fee for this is the cost of the groceries plus R150 collection fee. A one-day or Overnight Safari to a nearby Game Reserve can be arranged, by request.

'Cedarwoods' offers 5 double bedrooms, all en-suite. There is a very large Farmhouse kitchen, formal antique furnished dining and sitting room, as well as a convivial character pub.
