A cosy and comfortable garden flat/
townhouse situated in close proximity to the Pretoria National
Botanical Gardens. 15 minutes drive from Loftus Versveld and 1
hour’s drive from both Johannesburg and Rustenburg. It is situated
close to both major highways running through Pretoria. On offer are
two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single
bunk beds. A double bed sized sleeper couch is provided in the open
plan living room if two more beds are needed. It also has a full
bathroom (bath and shower).

There is a private
garden with barbeque facilities, and a kitchen
with all required appliances (kettle, microwave,
washing machine, fridge, etc.). A TV and DVD
player are also available. A lock up garage can
be arranged if required for a rental vehicle.
The unit is however close to major bus stops and
train stations. Linen, towels and a weekly
cleaning service is included.
